I repositioned the fintech startup from a consumer-focused payment app into a B2B growth driver, developing strategy and content that scaled from a handful of dispensary partners to over 100.
On the consumer side, I cut user acquisition costs by 44% and accelerated time-to-first-purchase by 45%, managing the entire marketing funnel from awareness through retention in a heavily regulated industry.
